Turn a table schedule into quantities.

Create a preliminary solar racking takeoff from user-defined table counts, per-table component quantities, rail length, stock length, unit mass and waste.

Project inputs

Defaults are examples, not recommendations. Replace them with traceable project assumptions.

Whole repeated tables.
From the selected layout.
User-approved table basis.
User-approved table basis.
Total rail length before waste.
Purchasing length used for piece count.
Enter the approved end/mid-clamp total.
Do not infer from clamp count.
Use the chosen profile datasheet.
Applied to purchased rail, clamps and fasteners.

Method and assumptions

Repeated table quantities are multiplied by table count. Rail length receives the entered allowance and rounds up to whole stock lengths. Clamp and fastener purchase quantities also round up after allowance.

  • Module, post and beam counts remain exact schedule quantities.
  • Rail mass uses the entered profile mass per metre.
