Test the load before booking it.

Estimate bundle count, geometric container fit, payload-limited capacity, container count and payload utilization from user-supplied package data.

Project inputs

Defaults are examples, not recommendations. Replace them with traceable project assumptions.

Method and assumptions

The planner tests all six orthogonal bundle orientations. Geometric slots are the product of whole bundles that fit along each container dimension. Payload slots equal maximum payload divided by bundle gross weight; the lower limit governs.

  • Total bundles round up from pieces per bundle.
  • Container count rounds up from the governing bundle capacity.
  • Payload utilization uses total bundle mass across booked containers.
